I faced issues with the loud noise from neighbors and my TV turning off unexpectedly. The clean-up team accidentally discarded my food and beverage vouchers.

The staff was remarkable. They went above and beyond when I lost my phone during my stay and a valet retrieved it for me. Also, I was charmed by the unique woodwork and the surprising books in the lobby, really thoughtful touches that made it stand out.

Elegant hotel, spacious room with a very comfortable bed, we enjoyed the lovely rooftop pool area and the convenience of the coffee shop for quick breakfasts.

Now for the cheeky part—talk about a wait! Every time I cruised down for breakfast, it was a 30 to 45-minute saga just to snag a seat, even with an empty restaurant!

The recent business trip provided a great opportunity to enjoy this hotel. The vintage style and warm character of the property stood out, making it a unique experience compared to modern hotels. I especially appreciated the excellent dining options. dinner at the Rodeo Bar was memorable, and Otto's coffee was a perfect way to start each day. I look forward to returning and exploring the French Room soon.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at this charming hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of downtown, and the decor is stunning, blending modern comfort with historic elegance. The staff went above and beyond, especially Whitney, who helped with my package issue when I needed it most. One improvement could be a clearer communication about parking fees as they can take you by surprise.

Despite the charming ambiance, sound insulation leaves much to be desired. I was frequently disturbed by noise from neighboring rooms and street activity, which really affected my sleep. The outdated decor in certain areas clashed with the otherwise renovated parts of the hotel, giving it a somewhat disjointed feel. Additionally, I faced some confusion regarding amenities and they seemed to have overcharged me on unnecessary fees.

The stay was enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The pool area is beautiful, but it was closed during my visit. I plan to explore the historic tour next time. ☕

Just an optimal selection for shopping in Dallas with attractive and competitive value for money. The breakfast restaurant was outstanding, with homemade jam and great coffee. Check if your room is away from the noise if that's a concern.
